I wrote this guitar part that was pretty tough for me at the time. I had some words and spent about a month trying to sing and play it together. On March 28th of 2000, I could finally get through the verse and bridge so it was time to finish it. I wrote the chorus to be a commitment to four things that He calls us to. This song was originally an intimate acoustic song, but I saw the potential for some pop culture. (Psalm 119:33 and Psalm 119:44)
